LEE ANN DAUPHINOT, Justice.

Appellant Gayla Beth Dodson was charged by indictment with tampering with a governmental record and aggravated perjury. The jury acquitted Appellant of tampering with a governmental record and convicted her of aggravated perjury. The trial court sentenced her to ten years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a $5,000 fine.
