OPINION

Opinion by Justice BENAVIDES.

Relator, Ulysses Sanchez, requests this Court to issue a writ of mandamus ordering the Respondent, the Honorable Homer Salinas,1 to reverse his order denying Sanchez's motion to dismiss for Brady2 violations. Finding Sanchez has an adequate remedy by ordinary appeal, we deny Sanchez's petition.
