Sears, Roebuck and Co. (Sears) appeals from a judgment awarding a group of investors over $61,453,826.00 on their claim that Sears breached an indenture agreement. In seven issues, Sears contends: (1) the special redemption provision in the indentures unambiguously provides that Sears may redeem the bonds if customer receivables fall below a certain threshold for three consecutive months; (2) the sale of Sears' credit card...
