On the court's own motion, we withdraw our opinion and judgment dated July 2, 2008 and substitute this opinion and judgment. Tabitha Nicole Wood was convicted of manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid after driving over the father of her child as he was attacking her. She was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for the manslaughter conviction and five years imprisonment...
