This is an appeal from a judgment of suspension in an attorney discipline action brought in district court. In fifty-nine issues, appellant William Ross Teter asserts that the evidence is legally insufficient to support summary judgment that he engaged in professional misconduct and that his conduct was constitutionally protected free speech.
