T. Christopher Robson appeals the trial court's order sanctioning him $10,000 for failure to conduct a reasonable inquiry prior to filing a negligent entrustment claim against appellee David Gilbreath. Robson contends that the negligent entrustment claim was not groundless and that he conducted a reasonable inquiry prior to filing the claim.
