This is an appeal from a judgment revoking Jonathan Mark Hart's community supervision in three cases. In 1999, following a jury trial, Hart was convicted of three separate second degree sexual assault offenses involving three different minor victims in Cause Nos. 19,440, 19,451, and 19,457. Pursuant to the jury's verdict, he was sentenced to three separate ten-year terms of confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice...
