This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellee Wells Fargo Foothill ("Wells Fargo") for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In a single issue, appellants claim the trial court erred in dismissing their case because they lacked standing, and they should be afforded the opportunity to continue their fight to recoup over $4 million they allege Wells Fargo gained through fraud.
