Appellant, the State Office of Risk Management ("SORM"), appeals from a jury verdict in favor of appellee, Irma Trujillo. The underlying lawsuit was a workers' compensation claim brought by Trujillo for injuries associated with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. By one issue, SORM contends that the trial court erred in excluding its expert witness from testifying at trial even though the expert witness was properly designated...
