In this employment contract dispute, the employer challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the judgment. Because the evidence is legally sufficient to support the judgment and factually sufficient to support some, but not all, of the damages awarded, we suggest remittitur. If remittitur of the unsupported damages is timely filed, we will reverse and remand for retrial of attorneys' fees consistent...
