This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a proceeding to enforce contractual alimony obligations that were incorporated into a divorce decree. The trial court awarded Patricia A. (Eberstein) Hunter a money judgment against Brian Eberstein in the amount of $308,982.58 plus attorney's fees.
