Julie Crouch was employed at Tarleton State University as the annual giving officer. After her employment was terminated, Crouch sued her former supervisor, Andrea Trinque, and Trinque's supervisor, Koy Floyd. Crouch asserted claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress, defamation, tortious interference, and conspiracy.
