The law firm of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, L.L.P., has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this Court to order the 71st Judicial District Court to vacate its order directing discovery of billing records. Beirne is a legal defense firm which defended U.S. Silica in silicosis litigation.
