The Petitioner, Craig U. Quevedo, appeals as of right from the Montgomery County Circuit Court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. In 2002, the Petitioner pled guilty to numerous counts of rape and incest, and pled nolo contendere to multiple counts of rape, rape of a child, and aggravated sexual battery, as well as one count of aggravated rape.
