This is an appeal from the circuit court's dismissal of Appellant's appeal from the Memphis City Court. Appellant filed a pauper's oath in the circuit court, but did not file a proper bond or oath in the city court as required to perfect his appeal. Accordingly, the circuit court did not gain jurisdiction over the matter...
