The Defendant, Jody D. Bearden, was charged with Class B felony sexual exploitation of a minor. See Tenn.Code Ann. § 39-17-1003. He filed a motion to suppress images of child pornography found by police on his computer on the grounds that the affidavit supporting the issuance of the search warrant did not establish probable cause...
