The plaintiff appeals the summary dismissal of his legal malpractice action against his former attorney. In the Complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants, the attorney and his law firm, represented themselves to be "competent in securities law related matters," and that the defendants breached their duty by failing to utilize the requisite skill and competency while representing him in a claim against a brokerage...
