Purchasers brought this action against sellers, realtor, and realty company of home that they purchased, alleging fraudulent concealment, and violation of the Tennessee Residential Property Disclosures Act. We affirm summary judgment for realtor and realty company, but we reverse the trial court's order granting summary judgment...
