An apartment complex owner filed a petition for writ of certiorari to challenge a decision of the Metro Board of Fire and Building Code Appeals denying the owner's appeal of the fire marshal's citation of the apartment complex for failure to install pull station alarms in certain areas. We agree with the chancellor's conclusion...
