Jackson O'Dell, Jr., ("Plaintiff") sued Jackson C. O'Dell, III and Calvin David O'Dell ("Defendants") alleging civil conspiracy and outrageous conduct. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss, which the Trial Court granted. Plaintiff appeals to this Court. We affirm the dismissal of Plaintiff's claims for civil conspiracy...
