[¶ 1.] John McNeil (McNeil), a member of J & J McNeil, LLC (the LLC), damaged his personal property while conducting work for the LLC. McNeil sought insurance coverage from the LLC's commercial general liability insurer, Dakota Fire Insurance Company (Dakota Fire).
