[¶ 1.] The Fourth Circuit Court appointed Dacotah Bank as temporary conservator, then permanent conservator, for Dora Gaaskjolen. Dora appeals, arguing the circuit court erred as a matter of law (1) when it appointed Dacotah Bank as her temporary conservator, and (2) when it appointed Dacotah Bank as her permanent conservator instead of her daughter.
