MEIERHENRY, Justice.

[¶ 1.] A jury found Vincent Fasthorse guilty of kidnapping, aggravated assault, and rape. Fasthorse appeals. We affirm.

FACTS AND BACKGROUND

[¶ 2.] On September 14, 2007, Fasthorse attended a house party at his uncle's residence. A.S. was also at that party. As the party was ending, A.S. and Fasthorse agreed he would give her a ride to her boyfriend's house. Fasthorse, however, drove A.S. past her boyfriend's house...
