ORDER

On April 13, 2022, this Court suspended Petitioner from the practice of law for nine months, retroactive to the date of his interim suspension on April 16, 2021.1 In re DuPree, 436 S.C. 246, 871 S.E.2d 585 (2022) (Howard Adv. Sh. No. 13 at 13). Petitioner now seeks reinstatement pursuant to Rule 33, RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR.
