Respondent was placed on interim suspension following his arrest on a criminal charge. In re Foggie, S.C. Sup. Ct. Order dated July 18, 2018. The criminal charge was dismissed by the State on June 28, 2019. On June 21, 2021, an investigative panel of the Commission on Judicial Conduct determined there was no evidence of ethical misconduct and dismissed the pending disciplinary complaint against Respondent.
