This Court issued a writ of certiorari to review an unpublished court of appeals opinion affirming a denial of a motion for a directed verdict. State v. Dantzler, 2011-UP-343, 2011 WL 11734987 (S.C.Ct.App. filed June 29, 2011). The issue before the Court is whether there was sufficient evidence Petitioner constructively possessed cocaine. We reverse.
