This is a direct appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Respondents, the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina Gamecock Club. The trial court held that the statute of frauds barred Appellants' claims. While we conclude the statute of frauds applies in the first instance, we find a question of fact exists concerning the question of equitable estoppel, rendering summary judgment inappropriate...
