The central issue in this case is whether the admission of his codefendant's redacted confession during a joint trial violated appellant Davontay Henson's rights under the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution. We find the admission of the redacted confession violated the Confrontation Clause because the jury could infer from the face of the confession that it referred to and incriminated Henson.
