Robert Troy Taylor (Petitioner) contests the post-conviction relief (PCR) court's finding that he did not receive ineffective assistance of counsel after his plea counsel failed to advise him of the recidivist consequences of his guilty plea, and did not adequately investigate one of the charges prior to his guilty plea. We affirm.
