David M. Graham, Jr. ("Graham") appeals the circuit court's grant of summary judgment to Welch, Roberts and Amburn, LLP, and Russell Patrick Welch (collectively, "WRA") based on its finding that Graham's claims were barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
