Graham, Jr. ("Graham") appeals the circuit court's grant of summary judgment to Welch, Roberts and Amburn, LLP, and Russell Patrick Welch (collectively, "WRA") based on its finding that Graham's claims were barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Graham contends the circuit court erred in granting summary judgment when conflicting evidence existed as to when Graham knew or should have known he had a cause of action against WRA. We affirm...
