In this criminal appeal, Wendell Williams (Williams) argues the circuit court erred in three respects when it: (1) refused to instruct the jury on the law of self-defense; (2) refused to instruct the jury on the law of accident; and (3) refused to admit toxicology evidence regarding the intoxication of the victim.
