In this appeal from the Appellate Panel of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission (Appellate Panel), Ricky Rhame contends the Appellate Panel erred when it held that his claim for a repetitive trauma injury to his back was barred by the statute of limitations. We dismiss this appeal as untimely, and thus, we do not reach the merits of Rhame's arguments.
