Appellant has collected $13,520.21 in workers' compensation benefits, and has a tort suit pending against the uninsured driver. Respondent issued an automobile liability policy to employer. It provides for $15,000 in uninsured motorist (UM) coverage, but also has an offset clause for compensation...
