In this workers' compensation case, SouthCo. Inc. (SouthCo.) argues the circuit court erred in its capacity as an appellate court by reversing the Workers' Compensation Commission's (Commission) finding that Michael Crisp (Crisp) did not sustain a physical brain injury. We agree and reverse.
