Following an investigation and hearing, a Hearing Panel of the Commission on Lawyer Conduct (Panel) found that Samuel Crews (Respondent) committed numerous acts of misconduct and recommended that Respondent be disbarred, ordered to pay costs of the proceedings, and ordered to pay restitution to clients and the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection.
