Robinson's petition for a writ of certiorari to review the PCR judge's order denying Robinson's request for relief from his sentence for trafficking in crack cocaine, third offense. In his PCR application, Robinson contended: (1) he should not have been sentenced for a third offense given he was not validly convicted of a second drug offense; and (2) his trial counsel was ineffective...
