In this disciplinary matter, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) brought formal charges against Respondent Charles E. Johnson arising out of his alleged neglect of a client's case and his failure to follow proper procedures in numerous real estate closings. In one particular closing, ODC alleged Respondent was not present at the closing. In another closing, ODC alleged Respondent was responsible for a real estate transaction involving mortgage fraud...
