In this breach of contract action, W.L. Madden (Appellant) appeals the trial court's award of $1,449, arguing the trial court erred in finding the contract between him and Bent Palm Investments, Inc., to be unambiguous. Appellant argues the court erroneously interpreted the contract and erred in finding him entitled to only $1,449. We affirm as modified.
