We granted certiorari to review the Court of Appeals' opinion in Metts v. Mims, 370 S.C. 529, 635 S.E.2d 640 (Ct.App.2006). The Court of Appeals in Metts affirmed an order granting summary judgment to respondents (Newspapers), and therefore did not address the cross-appeals from the contempt order.
