PER CURIAM:

This attorney disciplinary action arises out of multiple allegations of misconduct including misappropriation of funds. Following a hearing, the Commission on Lawyer Conduct recommended Thomas E. Ruffin, Jr., be disbarred. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel joined in the recommendation. After thorough review of the record, we agree and disbar Ruffin effective from the date of this opinion.
