Appellant South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (Appellant) filed this declaratory judgment action seeking a declaration that its policy did not cover the damage to Howard and Cherie Durham's (Respondents) swimming pool when it "floated" after Respondents drained the pool. The parties agreed to submit the case to the circuit court which found that the policy covered the damage to the pool. We find that the policy exclusions apply...
