In this attorney disciplinary proceeding, the Commission on Lawyer Conduct filed formal charges against Respondent under the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement, Rule 413, SCACR, with regard to four matters. Respondent entered into stipulations of fact on these initial matters. At the disciplinary hearing, the record was kept open pending the resolution of two new matters, and the Commission ultimately filed additional charges for the new matters...
