OPINION

The respondent father, Jason Smith, appeals from a Family Court decree terminating his parental rights to his two children, Jae'La G., born in May 2014, and Jae'Ona G., born in November 2015 (collectively the children), pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 15-7-7(a)(3).1
