OPINION

The plaintiffs, Joshuah Selby and his wife, Jessica Selby, appeal from a Superior Court entry of summary judgment against them and in favor of the defendants, Michael P. Baird, Mike's Professional Tree Services, Inc. (MPTS), and John Rossi, with respect to Mr. Selby's personal injury claims.
