Before this Court is Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island's ("Blue Cross") Motion for Entry of a Confidentiality Order. Blue Cross seeks to prevent public disclosure of documents requested by Landmark Medical Center ("Landmark")—both as to documents exchanged between the parties and to documents submitted to the Court—and to close the courtroom during the evidentiary hearing.
