PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Ramondo Howard, appeals from a judgment1 entered after an adjudication of probation violation. On appeal, the defendant contends that the hearing justice committed the following errors: (1) "the hearing justice erred in failing to recuse himself from the case" and (2) "the hearing justice should have afforded defense counsel or Mr. Howard the opportunity
