The plaintiff, Arthur J. Toegemann, appeals pro se from a Superior Court entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, the City of Providence (the city). This negligence action arises out of the allegedly dangerous traffic conditions at an intersection in Providence, where the car that the plaintiff was driving collided with another motor vehicle on September 20, 2007.
