Justice INDEGLIA, for the Court.

Jack Ruffner (defendant or Ruffner) appeals from an order denying his motion to reduce his sentence under Rule 35 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure. He seeks review before this Court of the trial justice's decision to reserve for the parole board's consideration the defendant's rehabilitative efforts while incarcerated.
