Chief Justice SUTTELL, for the Court.

This case comes before us on a writ of certiorari seeking review of a Superior Court order confirming an arbitration award. In his decision, the arbitrator awarded damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff, Robert Buttie, and the defendants, Raymond and Joan Cataldo, in an automobile accident. The arbitrator also apportioned the damages between two insurance carriers that provided uninsured/underinsured...
