The petitioner, The Providence Journal Company (the Journal), appeals from a Superior Court judgment denying press access to completed juror questionnaires in a criminal case arising from The Station nightclub fire. The trial court released a copy of a blank juror questionnaire but denied the petitioner access to the completed forms. The Journal argues that it has a constitutional right of access to the jury selection...
